2, raws li ntawm qhov chaw, los ntawm qhov hauv qab
Yuav ua li cas thiaj ncav tau tiag tiag kev lag luam yog ib qho teeb meem thiab kev txhawj xeeb ntawm Suav manufacturing tuam txhab.
Wang Jian tau hais tias Suav tuam txhab yuav tsum tau tawm ntawm lub tswv yim tsis paub meej tias ntse tsim tsis yog ib qho yooj yim lub tshuab hloov chaw, tsis yog ib qho uas muaj kab uas muaj kab ntau, tsis yog cov ntaub ntawv loj loj, huab huab thiab Internet.
"Intelligent manufacturing yog ib qhov kev ua haujlwm zoo. Tom qab hloov tagnrho cov neeg ua haujlwm nrog cov neeg ua haujlwm industrial, nws tsis muaj peev xwm txo cov nqi thiab txhim kho cov khoom kom zoo. Vim tias txoj kev hloov tsis tau hloov, nws yuav txwv tsis pub muaj kev tswj xyuas, "Wang Wang hais. Nws hais tias tuam txhab uas muag yuav tsum xav txog peb lo lus nug: Lub hom phiaj yog dab tsi? Qhov teeb meem tiag tiag yog dab tsi? Yuav daws tau cov teeb meem no li cas?
Vim li no, Mitsubishi Electric lub tswv yim tsim lub tswv yim zoo heev rau ntawm qhov chaw tsim tshuaj. Lawv ntseeg hais tias qhov chaw ua haujlwm yog lub pobzeb ntawm lub lag luam tsim, thiab cov tuam txhab tsim cov khoom lag luam xav kom yeej hauv qhov kev sib tw, nws yog qhov tsim nyog los qhia qhov teeb meem uas muaj los ntawm lawv cov tuam txhab.
Mitsubishi Electric divides lub tuam txhab kev txawj ntse theem ua plaub theem lossis theem: Qib1 yog theem sau cov ntaub ntawv, thiab cov khoom seem nyob hauv tus txheej txheem. Theem 2 yog theem ua kom pom thiab qhov khoom yog cov kab ntau lawm. Qib 3 yog cov txheej txheem tsom xam thiab cov khoom txuas mus rau tag nrho cov nroj tsuag. Qib 4 yog ib qho ua tiav ntawm kev lag luam, thiab lub hom phiaj qhov muag tau nce rau feem ntau ntawm kev lag luam tus nqi zuj zus raws li ib qho tseem ceeb, innovating cov lag luam ntau tshaj lag luam kev lag luam / kev lag luam.
Wang Jian ntseeg hais tias kev tsim cov lag luam hauv kev hloov yuav tsum yog cov ntsiab lus ntawm kev lag luam muaj tswv yim, thiab tom qab ntawd xav txog kev siv txoj haujlwm thiab kev tsim ntawm lub hom phiaj. Piv txwv, Mitsubishi Electric Automation yav dhau los ua cov tswv yim pab tswv yim rau kev koom tes ntawm CRRC Pawg, thiab cov qhua tuaj yeem pib ua kom paub cov khoom tshiab. Tom qab sib sib zog nqus sib hloov ntawm ob tog thiab qhov kev tshawb fawb ntawm qhov chaw, nws tau pom tias qhov teeb meem uas lub tuam txhab yuav tsum tau daws qhov teeb meem tsis yog kev qhia txog khoom siv, tab sis ob qho teeb meem loj. Ib tug yog lub voj voog ntev ntev, thiab lwm yam yog qhov khoom muag loj ntawm cov khoom nruab nrab. Yog li ntawd, txuas mus tob rau hauv qhov chaw kawm ntau qhov kom paub qhov teebmeem ntawm qhov teeb meem, txheeb tawm qhov teeb meem cov ntsiab lus uas yuav tsum tau kho, tshawb xyuas qhov tseeb ntawm qhov teeb meem, thiab rov npaj cov txheej txheem ntawm qhov no. Thaum kawg, lub Hoobkas tsis qhia cov cuab yeej tshiab, tsuas yog los ntawm kev pab tswv yim rov ua haujlwm tshiab, cov khoom qub uas ua haujlwm tau nce ntau dua 10%, tus me nyuam lub sijhawm txo los ntawm ze li ntawm 20%.
"Tam sim no, lub Hoobkas tau txuas mus rau theem tom ntej ntawm kev txawj ntse thiab qhia cov cuab yeej txawj ntse ntau lawm. Qhov teeb meem ntawm lub Hoobkas pib sawv cev tam sim no ntawm feem ntau cov lag luam hauv Suav. Yog li ntawd, lub tuam txhab tsim kev lag luam yuav tsum pib ua los ntawm nws qhov teeb meem tam sim no thiab ntawm qhov chaw tsim tshuaj. Pib, kauj ruam los ntawm kauj ruam, tuaj yeem pab txhawb thiab paub kev txawj ntse ntse. "Wang Jian said.
Qhov no kuj yog qhov zoo ntawm Mitsubishi Electric lub tswv yim tsim kua. Nws txais cov kev xav hauv qab "hauv qab" thiab nco ntsoov pom qhov chaw hloov tshiab. Wang Jian tau hais tias: "Yuav ua li cas kom tau txoj kev ntse tshaj plaws yog qhov tsis yog, muaj ntau yam kev sib txawv ntawm kev ua ub ua no. Peb yeej ib txwm xav tias kev lag luam tsim yog rooted nyob rau hauv qhov chaw ntau lawm vim hais tias lub site yog dynamic thiab tsis tau thov mus rau ib tug stylized daws. "
Rau cov tuam txhab uas twb tau tsim tshwj xeeb cov dej num tiam sis tsis meej txog kev siv lawv, Mitsubishi Electric yuav tsim cov kev tswj kev ua, kev tsim ntau yam, thiab kev siv kev siv, suav nrog kev siv hluav taws xob thiab cov ntaub ntawv tsim. Rau cov tuam txhab uas twb tau txhim kho lub luag haujlwm thiab yuav tsum tau siv kev kho vajtse thiab software, Mitsubishi Electric yuav nqa cov khoom los tsim cov kab tsim, cov khoom siv hluav taws xob, thiab cov khoom xa tuaj. Rau cov tuam txhab uas tau pib qhia kev sib txuas lus thiab cov ntaub ntawv tiam sis tsis zoo, Mitsubishi Electric tau pab lawv txhim kho lawv qhov kev ua tau zoo thiab tswj lawv cov teebmeem.
Wang Jian tau hais tias qhov no tsis yog kev kho kom haum, tab sis kev daws teeb meem tag nrho ntawm kev lag luam. Los ntawm kev tshawb nrhiav kev soj ntsuam, kev npaj tag nrho, kev tsim cov kab tsim, cov khoom siv taw qhia rau kev lag luam thiab txij nkawm, cov ntsiab lus tsim rau lub tuam txhab raws li xwm txheej tam sim no thiab lub zeem muag ntawm lub tuam txhab.
